Home & tariff has three sections across the top: House details, Energy setup, and Vehicle & charging. Open a section to edit it. You can also reopen the same answers from Settings > Overview > Household readiness.
House details
Name, timezone and location come from household setup. Property details are optional. Major flexible loads are stored for later work; they do not change planner decisions yet.
Energy setup
Provider and hardware values can be filled from a connection. Refresh devices if something looks stale. Save energy setup after you correct a missing solar size or limit.
Vehicle and charging
Refresh from Tesla updates identity. Charger type, power and current are the limits used to judge whether a charging plan can finish on time.
Confirming prices
Amber homes use wholesale prices. Until the simpler Amber sign-in is ready, connect with an Amber API token created in your Amber account.Other retailers cannot send live prices, so you confirm the plan used for battery and EV behaviour.Bill-assisted capture is one way to confirm a retail plan. Review the extracted rates before they are used.Use this if the catalogue or bill upload is not a match.

For a retail plan, search the retailer, then find a published plan, upload a recent bill, or enter rates manually. Match the rate option on the bill, including any controlled-load or solar feed-in terms. Review import, feed-in, free periods and other conditions before you confirm. Retail-plan optimisation is currently in beta; normal device and safety checks still apply.

Supported confirmed plans can include time-of-use windows, seasons and daylight saving in the home’s time zone. Free periods and demand windows are opportunities or protections, not a promise that the battery will charge for an entire window or remove demand charges.
